Working For You
We take on no more than 3-6 client assignments at a time. This allows us space to be thorough and make sure that nothing falls through the cracks. When the pressure heats up, like on recruitment campaigns with multiple vacancies, we have a very tight network of fellow recruiters and sourcing specialists around the world that we can call on. These associates are also there to help out when we have to search for people in foreign countries.
We have clients in South Africa and the Middle East.

Retaining our services
When we work on retainer we work as consultants with your company's hat on our heads. This gives us the freedom to be critical and pass on additional information that would not normally be made available. We can't guarantee filling every position (sometimes the right people just aren't out there) but we can guarantee that we'll use every trick in the book to maximize the chances of success.
When we work on retainer we agree on a process upfront with clear deliverables with regular feedback as the assignment progresses. Just what you would expect of normal employees.

Of course! We may not have a matching position available at that moment but will certainly contact you when something suitable comes along. Probably 50% of the placements that we make originate from people sending through their CVs. Email us at email@example.com.
Do you offer career advice?
We offer it only in terms of how we see things as a recruiter. We continuously speak to employers and job seekers and know what each are looking for and how they interact with each other. It's all about making a connection between these two parties and we're always in the middle of the conversation. You'll also find on this site blogs and guides on things like CV writing, interview preparation, etc.
Will you charge me if you place me?
Absolutely not! The companies that we recruit for pay our fees. We do not charge individual job seekers.
Do you place students and fresh graduates?
This is a tricky one and we're inclined to say "No". My clients pay us to find exceptional people that they normally can't find themselves. A graduate or student is still an unknown entity in the workplace and there is no guarantee that a brilliant student will become an exceptional employee. Furthermore it is really quite easy to find a graduate (just visit the university) and we normally suggest to our clients that they do this themselves. Having said that we are always available to offer career advice to young people and share with them what we have picked up in 30 years of workplace experience.
Can you find me a job overseas?
The two considerations here are a work permit and the cost of international relocation. Governments normally only issue work permits to foreigners where skills shortages exist and a hiring company will only assist you in getting a work permit if they can't find someone suitable locally. They will also only pay to relocate you when they have no other choice. You'll increase your chances dramatically if you get your own work permit and do your own relocation.
